Hotel Atrium Regulations

  1. The hotel room is rented per nights. Check-in from 2 p.m., and check-out time before 12.00 a.m.
  2. If the guest does not specify the length of stay while hiring the room, it is assumed that the room is rented for one day.
  3. The Guest should report their wish to extend their stay beyond the period indicated on the day of arrival, at the Reception desk before 10.00 on the last day of their stay. The Hotel shall take into account the Guest’s wish as far as it is be possible.
  4. Should the Guest occupy the room after 2 p.m., it shall be treated as an extension of stay. In case the Guest checks out before 6 p.m., they will be charged will be due for half a day.
  5. The Guest is not allowed to lease the room to third parties even though the period for which they paid has not expired.
  6. Visitors of our Guests are only allowed to stay in the room from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. The hotel can refuse to accept the Guest who grossly violated the rules of the hotel during their previous stay.
  7. The hotel provides services in accordance with its category and standard. In the case of complaints on the quality of services, the Guest is requested to immediately report it to the reception desk, which will allow us to take immediate remedies.
  8. The hotel is not liable for any loss or damage to money, securities, jewellery, other items and valuables or objects having scientific or artistic value, if such objects have not been deposited at the Reception desk for safekeeping.
  9. The hotel quiet hours period is from 10 p.m. to 6.00 a.m.
  10. On leaving the room, the Guest is kindly requested to make sure that the door is properly locked.
  11. Due to fire safety, it is prohibited to use heaters, irons and other electrical appliances in the room unless they constitute standard equipment of the room. This does not include such appliances as chargers for electronic devices and computers.
  12. The Guest assumes full liability for any damage or destruction of equipment and technical devices which constitute the hotel property caused by the Guest or their visitors.
  13. Personal belongings left in the room by the Guest will be sent to the Guest on their expense to the indicated address. Should the Guest not leave any forwarding address, the hotel shall store the items for three months and then donate them to charities or for public use.
  14. The rooms are non-smoking. Failure to comply with the ban will result in a 100 PLN fine.
